We have a girlfriend craft group called "Craftin 94/7" We craft at Kathy Jo Moores house at least once a month. April 16th we made a cute basket and a card. My card isn't pictured because it turned out really ugly (oh well, it was fun). The card was a soot technique, a special gloss paper is used and put over a candle flame causing a black soot to form, then a clean stamp is used to remove the soot. Many of us burnt our paper while using this technique (myself being one of them), but Kathy had the fire extiguisher ready in case any major accidents happened. No this isn't all about the craftin, it's about having fun and caring for each other!!!!!
